Both rooms face the street. The second-floor room is the largest bedroom in the house.

Please note that one double bed is provided in each room and an additional bed cannot be supplied.

THE HOUSE

The house has two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, washing machine and communal rear garden.

Bills and broadband are included in the rent.

There is a weekly cleaning rota to help keep the kitchen, bathrooms and other shared areas clean and tidy, with each room taking its turn.

You will be sharing with established working professionals who value a clean, quiet and respectful home. We welcome applications from people who would enjoy and contribute to a considerate and peaceful household.

One month’s tenancy deposit.
Rent payable monthly.
Maximum occupancy: two people per room.
