THE ROOM:

A medium sized bedroom, it contains a double bed, bedside table, a clothes rail, desk, chair, and lamp and wood floor throughout.

THE HOUSE:

It is a large 5 bedroom Victorian house with garden. The 2 bedrooms we use are at one end of the house and the room for rent at the other.

There are 2 sittings room and you will have full use of the back sitting room with TV, music, or sofa lounging as entertainment. Also large kitchen diner, large secluded back garden and conservatory. The house layout gives you the opportunity to hang out with the family or choose privacy depending on your mood.

A morning rush for the shower is avoided due to there being two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs bathroom is for the family use and the downstairs shower room for tenant.

The house has a cleaner and we also keep it clean and tidy. We are looking for someone who will do the same.

THE FAMILY:

We are a well-educated easy going and friendly family (English / Jamaican). There are 4 of us including a 3 year old and a 5 year old. The children are calm, well behaved and lots of fun and we all get on well. No arguments, or early morning hysterics…..well, hardly ever!

AREA:

Situated on a quiet and pretty residential street opposite Epping Forest, it is just over 10 minutes walk from Leytonstone tube station (Central line) and 2 mins from the bus stop. It’s close to:

- Tesco and local shops on the high street

- Swimming Pool and leisure centre

- Bus connections Stratford Station, Olympic stadium and Westfield's shopping centre

- Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants

- The green spaces for that out of city feel - Epping Forest and Hollow Ponds

- 15 mins walk from Wanstead High St and Walthamstow village
