Spacious Double Bedroom in a Nice Period House

We have nice large double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house in Leytonstone that has just relatively recently undergone a full refurbishment so is in great condition. This includes new wood floors and carpets, full re-painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork, gardens tidied up and bathroom/kitchen nicely refreshed. Apologies but the pictures do not do the house justice.

Looking for a decent, considerate person for our bright, happy house. It is well maintained, tidy and nicer than your usual rental so we'd like someone that would help keep it that way. Everyone that has visited/stayed loves it, especially for the blend of character features with a modern, clean finish. It has a communal living space with kitchen leading out to a lovely garden with a patio.

It is close to Leytonstone tube station (about a 8-10 minute walk) and even closer to Leyton Midland overground. We're in a nice, quiet residential area but you have everything you need in the neighbourhood, including large supermakets and smaller shops, along with many other ameneties.
