Lovely and extremely clean bathroom & toilet which is regular cleaned by the housekeeper. A nice garden with full garden set of table, chairs, bbq stand and outdoor drying hanger.

The house is located 2 minute walking from Leytonstone Overground station, 7 minutes walk to Leytonstone underground Station which access to Westfield Stratford by Central Line in 2 minutes, Liverpool Street in 15 minutes & Oxford Circus in 25 minutes. It is ideal for profesionals working around Newham & Waltham Forest areas and for full-time students studying at Queen Mary University, UEL, University of East Anglia, London Metropolitan University, etc.

We are looking for two new housemates, who are decent, reliable, neat, clean and friendly, to share this sweet home. Daytime visitors are welcomed anytime, overnight visitors are limited. Smoking is only permitted outside or at the back garden. Preferably the new housemates would be a bird house, not party animal as we are all working long days and need a quiet environment to rest after midnight.
