Double Bedroom for rent in Leytonstone

Hey

We are two writers (one for the screen, one for published page), so ideally we're looking for creative people that we can get on with to move into the double room that we have to rent in Leytonstone.

The room is a good sized double with a bay window - the biggest of the three bedrooms in the house.

The bathroom is less than a year old and there is a small study as well as a living room which is part of the flat. There is washing machine, dishwasher, broadband and the flat is 5-10 minutes walk from both Leyton and Leytonstone (which is 6 stops from the city on the central line).

There is a back garden which is officially private, but we have awesome neighbours at the moment with an awesome chocolate lab, so we've taken the fence down and we socialise out back (when the weather is being nice to us).

The rest of the time we socialise in the living room (it is communal after all).

Common interests aren't essential, but I guess it can't hurt to have something to talk about.

Alasdair is basically into anything film related and a little bit of sport on occasion (football, NFL)).

Dolly likes anything you can print and put in a bound leather cover. She also likes chocolate and pizza and is not adverse to being bribed with either.

We've had male and female flatmates here in the past and we're happy to entertain either.

Neither of us are really drinkers 'cause the hangovers just aren't worth it, but we're not party-poopers either and don't mind people having friends over or having a drink; as long as it's kept to respectable levels (no farmyard animals tied up in the living room or burning down the sofa for a laugh).

Generally, we're both easy to get on with and the first person to see the room and meet us will almost certainly want to live here (basically 'cause of our awesomeness).
