i cannot offer the room by email or phone - i need to meet people first. i am inviting everyone here. first meeting is on Sunday 25th January from 2pm - 4pm.

My current lodger is not sure precisely which date he will move - probably early to mid-February but I said he could stay till he finds what he needs outside London. so I can't give an exact date at the moment (as of 11 January.) It is almost certain to be in Feb some time but not totally certain.

My long-term lodger (in the third bedroom)is a maths student and a vegan. I am involved in child mental health work and lots of other things locally and I'm a lacto-veggie.
