The House and Room:

All the rooms and living area will be fully furnished! The house shares a large communal kitchen diner. Contains all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, 2 fridge freezers, etc). The lounge will contain comfy sofa chairs good for getting together with housemates. The house also has a large outside patio and garden, great for the summer months.

The room are all newly refurbished to a high specification with a double bed, wardrobe, bed-side table, etc.

There are also TWO private parking spot available for anyone that might be interested for an additional charge of £25pcm.

Rate:

ALL BILLS INCLUDED in the price so only pay one amount! This includes all utilities, council tax, and unlimited access to high speed broadband (wi-fi). There is also a fortnightly cleaner that will clean all the communal areas. They can do your room for a small extra charge as well.

Housemates:

This is a professional houseshare so we can therefore only consider working professionals. We are looking for similar and friendly housemates to fit into the house since we value a harmonious and friendly home.

Currently you would share with one guy, 31yo Digital Marketing Project Manager and a girl 25yo working in Property Development.
