Cheap Small Room - SHORT LET (1-3 weeks) flexible

So this is a beautiful little room in a nice flat on a very good location.

Pay attention - I AM NOT MOVING OUT. I only plan to travel a lot during the summer months, so if you're searching for somewhere cheap to stay for a week or 2, or just a few days, this is the perfect place. I want to cut the costs of my rent.

It takes you 3min to walk to Leytonstone tube station, from which you are in central London in about 25min. There's also plenty of night buses when the tube is closed.

The Leytonstone High Street is super close (4min), there's some bars, shops etc, but honestly, not much to do there. A giant Tesco really close too.

Flatmates are relaxed, giant common area and even a large private backyard/garden.

There's no fixed times for my travel yet, I'm flexible, so contact me and we can talk details. It's about 10-15 pounds per day, the longer you stay the cheaper it gets.
