**First Month Free** Double In Lovely Flat :)

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to take over my double room in my lovely flat in Leytonstone as I'm moving in with my boyfriend.

Unfortunately due to a late drop out I'm looking to fill the room quickly so am offering one months free rent for someone who could move in around 4th March.

The flat is a 5-10 minute walk away from the central line and all of the amenities that Leytonstone has to offer. It's a great area with plenty of pubs and cafes. The flat itself is a top floor flat in a large house - with a big and bright kitchen/living area that has all the usual white goods plus a dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with a shower/bath.

The room itself can be furnished or unfurnished. There is some in-wall storage in the room and shelves so plenty of space to put stuff!

My current housemate is staying on in the flat , she is a Visual Merchandiser and is lovely . This is a great little flat and I have really enjoyed living here, its a perfect base for a professional who is looking for a flat where they can relax and feel at home, whilst being a great location for getting into town!
