We have recently moved into a huge beautiful house in Leytonstone within walking distance to both Leyton and Leytonstone tubes, 24 hr Asda and Tesco and shops, pubs and cafes of Leytonstone High rd.

The house really is great we love it! Come and join us and complete our home :)

The room available is on the second floor and comes fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe - must see!

You will be living with me and Sam. Both 28, I work in the city and Sam is a manager for Soho House.

We have mixed interests and both work hard in the week so the house will be fairly quiet on weekdays however we like having a chat/drink after work, watching telly and cooking together sometimes, at the weekends we like to go out, have mates round for dinner and drinks every now and then.

We are looking for someone likeminded who would get involved with the house sometimes and become a friend. But we do understand the need for own space and privacy too and there is plenty of room in the house so we would not all be living on top of each other. There would be times when you would have the house all to yourself.

We would love to find the right person as soon as possible. The room is available now. There would be a reference fee of about £300.00, Deposit of £924.00 and first months rent would be required up front.

Bills will come to around £80-£100 per month.
