The house is large, with a lounge, and a big kitchen diner in a quiet professional house. There's loads of space with period Edwardian features.

There is on street parking (residents permit) and a small rear garden and the property is close to all local amenities and transport links (Zone 3 Leytonstone).

All bills are included (gas; water; electricity and Council Tax). You will be sharing the lounge, dining room and kitchen with two others.
