The house is just 2 minutes walk to local grocery stores and public transport:

- Leyton Tube Station at 10 minutes walk.
- Stratford 15min bus ride.
- Leytonstone High Road Overground Station is 5 minutes by bus.
- N8 Bus at night.

There is also a 10 minutes bus ride to a 24h Tesco superstore, Morrison and Waitrose at Westfield Stratford.

We have a shared Living Room, large Kitchen, two toilets one with bathroom, rear garden and a big basement storage.

Fast cable Broadband 50Mb/s and council tax are included on the rent.

The house must be kept very very clean and tidy at all times.

The Room is available from now, the deposit is £400 and the rent is £450 (including the council tax and Broadband for that month).
