Beautiful room with fireplace in green Leytonstone

The house has superfast broadband for those who wfh.

.It’s an ex-family house (my family) so it has a nice atmosphere – garden, paintings, well-maintained. It’s a Victorian terrace in a culdesac in Leytonstone. The end of the road is officially Epping Forest – common land and woods and the whole feel is quite rural in Summer.
The room is on the ground floor with a Victorian fireplace and a bay window overlooking the front garden. The house is quite big and everyone is very considerate. The rent is 780 per calendar month, all bills included, with Sky and broadband, including Sky Sports. I buy all the cleaning products so there is no argy0bargy about that!
We are 5/10 minutes from Leytonstone tube which is central line so easy for central London. There is a BR silverlink station even closer on the Barking- Gospel Oak line. Buses to Stratford Walthamstow Ilford etc.
People in the house have various jobs but tend to be interested in music and the arts and I am very interested in travel and languages. It’s friendly and relaxed. The number above does not include me: I live in the loft.
