Spacious Single Room For Females Preferred

Hi,

I'm advertising for my nice sized single room to be let out. I am leaving London for a new adventure so that is why I'm moving out. You will be living with three friendly housemates.

They are looking for a clean-living, non smoking, professional working person to come and live with them. No pets allowed sorry! They are fun, easy going, respect other peoples property and privacy, and would like to find another suitable person to come and live in this house share for a minimum of 6 months.

The room is 420pcm with all bills included, except gas and electric which is shared between everyone. You will be dealing directly with the landlady (one of the housemates) so there are no agency fees, just a £500 deposit.

The room:
It is a good sized single bedroom with a huge fitted wardrobe, under bed space for storage and bedside table, newly fitted double glazing. There is plenty of floor space and high ceilings so it feels nice and spacious. The room is south facing so is bright and airy.

The location:
7 minute walk from Leytonstone tube station (central line, zone 3/4), really easy commute into central London. Good bus links to Stratford, Walthamstow, etc. There is off street parking and large open grounds just a stone throw away from the house. There is a large 24-hour tesco as well as other shops, restaurants, just 5-10 minutes walk from the house.

The house: The house is large and has two reception rooms and a large kitchen that leads to the garden, which is south facing. You will be sharing a bathroom with two of the housemates. There is also another toilet downstairs.
