I’m looking for someone to share my beautiful, recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Victorian house on a short-term basis for single occupancy only. Ideal for someone staying a month to 6 months in London or looking for a short-term place until they move into their new long-term home.

Rent is £1000pcm including all bills (council tax band D), all cleaning products, a weekly cleaner, and other household bits 'n bobs. The deposit is £500 to £1000 depending on the lenght of stay. A parking permit is available on our very quiet street with spaces always available. Smoking and vaping is allowed in the garden only.

QUIET KING SIZE BEDROOM overlooking the garden with a new Silentnight Which? recommended mattress and The Original Bed Company bedframe, bedside table, desk, chair, super high speed WiFi, wardrobe, cabinet, laundry basket, bin, lamp, mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, hairdryer, hair straighteners, electric radiator, and fan. PRIVATE USE OF SHOWER ROOM downstairs and you also have use of the toilet in the upstairs bathroom my housemate and I share. Bed linen and towels can be provided or you can bring your own.

KITCHEN has a table that can seat 4 people, 5 burner hob, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, frost-free fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave/grill, granite worktops you can chop and put hot pots on, an island, and a bi-fold door opening up onto a sandstone patio which leads to the back GARDEN.

Large LIVING ROOM with the sitting/TV area to the front and the dining area to the back with a French door leading to the patio. The room’s furnished with two and three seater sofas with foot stools, a smart TV with many of the major streaming services, extending dining table, chairs, sideboard, piano, and the house has extremely fast Community fibre broadband.

Lovely GARDEN with outside dining, chill out area, gas BBQ, and a summerhouse, which is my office. The smaller utility/shed room in the summerhouse has a large freezer and tumble dryer.

The house is located around an 8 to 9 minute walk from Leytonstone Tube (25 minutes to Oxford Circus) and Leyton Midland Overland Stations. It’s a less than 5 minute walk to the shops on Francis Road, aka 'Leyton Village'. There’s a large Tesco in Leytonstone and Asda in Leyton. The area has loads of lovely independent businesses, including pubs, cafes, restaurants, gig venues, art galleries, beauticians, and hairdressers. And the area boasts access to many parks and local green spaces, including the Olympic Park, Wanstead Flats, and Epping Forest.

The person will be living with me, an Irish TV producer, my occupational therapist housemate, my 4 cats aka The Ninjas, and occassionally a foster cat; being an animal lover is essential. I’m a lifelong vegetarian, but I’m happy to live with meat eaters; I already live with 4 furry ones plus my housemate.
