The house is located in a quiet residential area and is fully furnished. Parking space is available at the front of the house.

We are only less than 1minute walk from Leytonstone Station on the Central line which is close to central London 12 minutes to Liverpool Station and the bus routes are very good The night bus is N8. Many large shops are within walking distance including TESCO and Matalan.

The rent includes all bills ie. council tax, gas, electric, wireless internet, TV (with all channels) and telephone.

We have a very relaxed atmosphere in the house and we are looking for someone to add to the friendly environment.

2 weeks deposit is requered.!
