Beautiful Double Room Next To Leytonstone Station

Stunning house on a quiet street in Leytonstone, just 5 minutes walk from the station, and two minutes from the High street. The high street has everything you could possibly need, off licenses, cafes. supermarkets, bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, coffee shops, a winery, and some fantastic places to drink - including Leytonstone's famed Red Lion Pub, which hosts an array of talent, some big names since we've been here. For big shops, there is also a Tesco superstore within walking distance.

The room is a large double, with exposed floorboards and classic furniture. The house in general has been decorated and furnished with the retro/distressed look in mind, which is topped off with an Aga centre piece in the Kitchen. There is a good size garden, complete with barbecue area.

A bit about the house mates: There's Ziggy - an actor and a writer, 33 years old. Gemma, 26, works in recruitment, and Nick, 29, works in Insurance. We are all friends in this house and I will be sad to leave; everyone is sociable, kind, chilled, we don't mind a drink or two, happy to spend time with each other, but also respect each others space. We're a little family of sorts, and would like someone else to be part of that.

We want to find someone friendly and outgoing, probably a young professional, but open to students if they are the right person. Boy or girl, from whatever background, just come see us and lets see if we get along. This is an amazing house to live in, with great housemates (if we do say so ourselves). You could have the best time ever, probably, yeah.. definitely.
