Hi there,
I am looking for a new flatmate to share this great flat with me.
The flat is based next to the Limehouse Marina and Limehouse DLR in a fancy development with a lift and a concierge. We are on a third floor and our balcony is looking on the Marina as well as the pond that we residents have a private access to.
The water bill is covered by the landlord, so the bills that have to be paid by us are the council, electricity abc the internet.
You may like even more that the room comes with your own bathroom (I have my bathroom too).
The location of the flat is really amazing, just next to the DLR Limehouse station, literally not even a minute walk so quite convenient. The Regent Canal is next to us and Thames is just a few minute walk away as well so ideal for runners and cyclists.
I am Croatian living in London for 10 years now. I am looking for ideally a female flatmate who is mature, friendly and nice. I am working in the city in the area of human rights and I love to go for a meal, hot yoga class or a theatre play after my work. I am friendly and love to have a glass of wine with my flatmate after work too, but of course I love my own space and have my own things going on.
