Looking for a new flatmate in Limehouse Marina

Hi there,

I am looking for a new flatmates to share this great flat with me.

The flat is based next to the Limehouse Marina in a fancy development with a lift and a concierge. We are on a third floor and our balcony is looking into the Marina as well as the pond that we residents have a private access to.

The water bill is covered by the landlord, so the bills that have to be paid by us are the council, electricity abc the internet.

You may like even more that the room comes with your own bathroom (I have my bathroom too).

The location of the flat is really amazing, just next to the DLR Limehouse station, literally not even a minute walk so quite convenient for people working in the city or Canary Wharf but also other locations. The Thames is just a few minute walk away as well so ideal for runners and cyclists.

I am Croatian living in London for almost 9 years now. I am looking for ideally a female flatmate who should be mature, friendly and nice. I am working in the city in the area of human rights and I love to go for a meal, hot yoga class or a theatre play after my work. I am friendly and love to have a glass of wine with my flatmate after work too, but of course I love my own space and have my own things going on.
