**Small double Room Available from 1st November 🏡**

We have a small double room available to rent from the 1st of November. The room has a lovely view of the Limehouse Cut canal, making it a quiet place to live.

The flat has a spacious balcony, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate toilet, all shared between the flatmates.

At the moment, the flat is home to one Czech guy and a Ukrainian couple. We’re a friendly and easy-going household and like to keep the flat clean, comfortable, and pleasant for everyone.

The rent is **£680 per month**, plus bills, which usually come to around **£80 per month**.

For the electricity, you would need to put the electricity contract in your own name. We then split the electricity and other shared bills fairly between everyone using Splitwise, so it’s easy to keep track of who has paid what.

We don’t have a cleaner, as we all simply do our part to keep the flat tidy. We’re looking for someone who is naturally considerate about shared spaces and can recognise when it’s their turn to give things a clean.

We’d love to find someone responsible, clean and respectful who will fit in well with the flatshare and enjoy living in a calm and friendly home.
