Small double room 10 min walk from Limehouse Stati

We have a small double room available for rent starting from the 1st of December. This room offers a peaceful view of the Limehouse Cut canal, which also makes it a very quiet and relaxing space.

The apartment features a spacious balcony, a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet that will be shared among the flatmates. Currently, the flatmates consist of one Czech guy and a couple from Ukraine.

The rent for the room is £650 per month, plus bills which typically amount to around £70 monthly. There is also the possibility to buy the bed from the previous tenant.

We are all very clean people, so we don’t hire a cleaner — everyone simply takes care of their part to keep the flat tidy and pleasant for all.

We’re looking for someone responsible, clean, and tolerant to join our flatshare.
