Hi everyone!
We are looking for a third person to take over our former flatmate’s double room.
The room:
Spacious double bedroom part furnished, with plenty of storage space, wardrobe, double bed and two large windows. You can fit a desk if you work from home as well!
The house:
The house is an old Georgian terraced property. We have a small bright kitchen overlooking the garden, storage room (a massive luxury in London), living room and a shared bathroom. The house comes part furnished and we want to make it feel as much like home as possible.
The bills:
Monthly, we each pay around £145. This has only gone up by £15 in the last year and a half.
The area:
We are really well located, with the DLR and C2C being a five minute walk from the house. We have local buses going towards Canary Wharf and the City. Canary Wharf is a 20 minute walk away if you prefer walks along the river!
About us:
We are two girls who met through spare room and would love to find a third girl to share with. Anzhela works in education and enjoys reading, Pilates and cooking. Gülsen works in renewable energy and loves films, board games and travel. We both work mostly from the office but will occasionally have days working from home.
