Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet my fully furnished room in a lovely, spacious flat in E14 available from 15th October.

The flat is in a great location, around a 6-minute walk from Limehouse Station so it’s really convenient for getting into Central London, Canary Wharf and surrounding areas.

The room comes fully furnished, and you’ll also have access to a large shared living room and kitchen. One of the nicest things about the flat is how spacious the communal areas are, so you’re completely welcome to use and enjoy them. Happy to share the video as well if you would be interested.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and considerate of the shared space and would treat the flat like their own home.
