Double bedroom + large bathroom (short let)

I will soon be completing my PhD and I’m looking to sublet my room (+ bathroom) in a beautiful 2-bed, 2-bath modern flat in a new build, as I go travelling for a few months.

The flat is west-facing with lots of light, beautiful views and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful green space. The building also has a gym that is available to use.

The area is lovely and safe, and has lots of green spaces and a canal nearby.

My current housemate is a friendly and clean 26 year old woman who works in finance, 5 days a week in the office, so the flat is perfect for someone who works from home.

I occasionally use the dining table to WFH during the week, clearing it on weekends, and you are welcome to use it too. I’ll be leaving my monitor if you need it.

We are looking for a clean, kind and friendly woman in her 20s or 30s, who communicates well, respects alone time, and is willing to contribute to a pleasant, tidy and calm living experience.

The room comes with:
* comfortable double bed and mattress
* large wardrobe
* desk and chair
* under-bed storage
* shelving unit
* blackout curtains
* shoe rack

The main bathroom is yours to use and has a lot of storage.

The flat is well-equipped:
* washing machine-dryer
* dishwasher
* oven, microwave
* fridge-freezer
* TV

All bills are included in the price, and a cleaner comes occasionally.

Ideally, I’m looking to sublet the room for 4 months (Dec 2026 - March 2027), but I will consider 3 to 6 months on a case-by-case basis.

* Limehouse (6 mins) - DLR + c2c trains, 6 mins to Bank and 5 mins to canary wharf
* Stepney Green (14 mins) - underground
* Mile End (18 mins) - overground
