The flat is just next to Ropemakers Field park, Between two DLR stations.

-15 minutes walk to Canary Wharf,
-17 minutes by DLR to Bank station,
-25 minutes to Shoreditch,

There are also several buses serving the area all day and the nearest stop is a very short walk from the house.

We are looking for a responsible flatmate with previous experience of living in a shared house with expectation of sharing the living space in a friendly manner as members of a household, not only 3 strangers renting rooms.

We have a cleaning rota for the house, and you'd be expected to participate cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen or hallway depending on the rota.

No smokers please.

Only 1 month fee and 1 month worth of deposit is required.

Reference letter from the previous landlord is required.

Rent is 650£ per room per month.
