There are many stores (Lidl/Tesco/Waitrose) and a park nearby and it is less than a 5-minute walk to the tube system (DLR).
As a bonus, I left my desk, chair, printer and additional wardrobe valued at £400 so if you decide to take the room it would be yours :).
