The room is available for a flexible duration (a month minimum; fixed stays will get prioritised)

The rent is £1275, and the deposit is £1000, refundable at the end of tenancy. Bills excluded, which is about £200 (Council tax £210, Internet £45, and Electricity £150, depends on the usage; Water is free).
During my temporary absence, I’m offering my spacious en-suite room in a two-bedroom flat for a sublet. The flat, located at Lime House Basin Approach, boasts breathtaking waterfront views. You'll be sharing the flat with a male occupant who works in Fintech.

Though references are not needed, a government issued ID of all the people living and Right to Rent Code (if applicable) are a must.


*No negotiation on the rent and bills as it’s a sublet.
*Couples are welcome for an additional charge, £50 a week (negotiable).
*Also, for a couple/double occupancy the bills goes 3 ways which is about £270.
