Though references are not needed, a government issued ID of all the people living and Right to Rent Code (if applicable) are a must.
*No negotiation on the rent and bills as it’s a sublet.
*Couples are welcome for an additional charge, £50 a week (negotiable).
*Also, for a couple/double occupancy the bills goes 3 ways which is about £270.
