It’s a 2 mins walk from the Limehouse DLR station (2 stops from bank and canary wharf). 3mins walk to bus stops.
3mins walk to a tesco. 2-3 mins walk to a pure gym :), it’s right near the station. (Ticks all the major boxes)

2. ⁠Landlord is reasonable, happy to make repairs etc. Agency manages contract, but they manage repairs.

3. We have a 24 hour concierge in the building, who are very helpful and nice. Can print emergency stuff and they collect all the mail etc too.
