Description

I’m looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my lease in a spacious flat in Limehouse. The flat is located right in front of the Limehouse DLR train station. Easy access to both Canary Wharf and the City (within 10 minutes).

The person who replaces me will stay in a roomy ensuite (access to your own bedroom and a bathroom that immediately adjoins the bedroom). Total monthly rent and bills are inclusive in the stated amount of £1400. The current lease ends on September 5th, 2025 with option to renew.

You will share the flat with a clean, responsible and friendly female flatmate. She is 28, currently a full time master student at UCL and is also working part time in technology.

The flat also has easy access to groceries stores: Tesco Express - 1 min away across the street, Sainsbury - 5 mins walking, and Lidl - 15 mins walking. There is a Puregym - 3 mins walking.

Move in date - End of October/Beginning of November.
