Room aboard Moja (house boat)

Looking for a postgraduate/ young professional tenant to rent a room aboard 3 year old Moja ‘house boat’ at Limehouse marina (Canary Wharf), ideally from the end of October. I am male 22 and have just begun my Architecture masters course at Central Saint Martins and am looking for someone of a similar age to myself.

Moja’s mooring has just one immediate neighbour and her large, double glazed, windows afford wonderful, open water views of the marina and Canary Wharf’s skyline and a 1 minute walk from The Thames. Moja is designed by Waterspace Living and are rightly recognised as having raised the interior design, specification and finish of inland waterways boats to a new level. Moja offers every luxury and convenience including central heating throughout and a bathroom with walk- in shower, full sized bath, underfloor heating and newly-installed heated towel rail. Her enormously spacious, fully fitted galley has a built-in washing machine, wine cooler, dishwasher, separate oven, grill, fridge, freezer, microwave and extractor, alongside full central heating and a fireplace for the winters.

In superb condition, Moja’s has the benefit of numerous extras and upgrades including 32A shore power, Nest wifi thermostat remotely controllable via Nest's app, Amtico saloon and corridor flooring, rear deck dining table. Limehouse DLR station on its doorstep, the marina offers exceptional transport links to the City & West End with Bank station just a six minute (2 Stop) train ride away. Canary Wharf is a 10 minute walk and the C3 cycle route to central London runs directly past the marina. KingsCross usually takes me about 20 mins door to door. This also comes with access to a lockable bike store and parcel store.
