Looking for someone to take over my contract to join my lovely flatmate Irina, who is really easy-going and works 5 days from office in the City.

Location:
Limehouse marina is just behind the flat. Pure Gym is a 10 second walk away, Tesco is across the road just a 1 minute walk. There is a Sainsbury’s 5 mins walk away.

Limehouse DLR station is less than a 1 minute walk away, which then gets you to the City/Central in 5 mins (two stops from Bank station).
Two stops from Canary Wharf DLR station in the other direction, but the flat is also only 20 min walk from Canary Wharf.

The room comes with a double bed, two bed side cabinets, desk and a built in mirrored wardrobe. Also an en-suite to yourself

Shared open plan living area and kitchen. Very large private terrace, south facing which is great for the summer.

Looking for someone clean, tidy and easy going.

You will be taking over my existing contract which will be until February 2025 at £1250 pm with the option to extend thereafter. (Irina is planning on extending the contract for a further 6 - 12 months).

Bills:
Council tax is band F, electric has been around £70 in the winter but cheaper in the summer, and water bill of £30-40 every 6 months.

A deposit of £860 will be required and one months rent (due on the 29th of each month but flexible based on move in date)

You would need to pass the standard checks and references done by the landlord agency (proof of employment, proof of address, passport copy, and if applicable Right to Rent)
