About us: We’re Tayla and Ellie, 27 and 26, working in project management and law, and we’re looking for a third roommate to join us in our beautiful, spacious apartment perfectly nestled between Canary Wharf and Bank Station (just two stops away from each).

Our place boasts panoramic views over the basin, a wrap-around top deck, and a large living room with an open kitchen—a true gem in the heart of the city. We enjoy quiet movie nights, hitting the gym, discovering great coffee spots, and having wholesome, fun evenings together.

We’re seeking a clean, responsible female or male (26-32) who’s comfortable with our cleaning rota and enjoys a balance of social time and personal space. We’d love someone who works in a hybrid or office-based environment, as it helps keep our home peaceful and the WiFi running smoothly (ideal for really only those occasional WFH days). If you’re looking for a welcoming place to live and are excited to join our friend group, we’d love to meet you!

The room is completely furnished and comes with the following:

- a short walk to Canary Wharf (10-15 minutes)

- fully furnished kitchen/living room with cutlery, pots/pans, sofa, cushions, dining table, breakfast bar and stools, TV, plants, mirror, lamps, coffee table, bookcase, storage room (with iron/ironing board, hoover, mop), rugs, curtains.

The apartment also has lift access to both floors (double story, great perk for groceries), a 24-hour concierge and included safe tenant underground parking as well as free ground-level guest parking. Large top floor balcony spanning around the building, with a stunning view of Limehouse marina/basin overlooking riverboats and yachts.

Bills (Electric, Broadband, Council Tax) are not included, however, water is covered in rent. Bills are approximately £100-£250 (rarely, if at all) per month each on top of rent.
