Hi all,
We have two large double rooms (with drawers/bedside cabinet/ double wardrobe, desk) available for 6-9 months in a 3-bed 2-bath 3rd floor flat in a purpose built block next to Limehouse Marina. The flat has been recently refurbished and is in very good decorative order throughout. Mark (the landlord) and myself (former flatmate/property manager) are very responsive should anything need to be fixed/addressed. There is the possibility to extend for a few months after the end of the lease at the landlord's discretion
There is also has a secure, garaged parking space for one car.
We are looking for 2 new social flatmates to share with the Precious. The flat has a laid back, relaxed and homely atmosphere. Its a clean, tidy and conscientious space and we have a good mix of social interaction, but also allowing privacy for our own space. We are ideally looking for someone friendly and social to take the other double rooms so if you like the sound of the place please get in touch.
The flat has a fantastic location, 3 min walk to Limehouse DLR (8 mins into Bank) and 15m walk to Canary Wharf. Well serviced by local bus routes and shops all on the doorstep. There is also a pure gym next door (less than 1 min walk).
The rental cost for the larger double is £975 pm and the smaller is £850pm. One bathroom will be shared between the new flatmates. Bills (council tax, gas, water and Hyperoptic internet, bimonthly professional common area cleaning) are included. Deposit is one month's rent.
We recommend a viewing as the pictures do not do the flat justice! Precious (current flatmate) will be handling the viewings early evenings October 16 (Thursday)and 19 (Saturday) and I will be coordinating logistics
