​The Room & Flat:
A spacious double room with a private en-suite bathroom has become available in our Limehouse flat. The current flatmate is moving in with his partner, opening up this great space.
- ​Furnishing: The property is fully furnished.
- ​Appliances: Includes dishwasher and washing machine.
- ​Parking: A secure garage is included.

​Important Note: The desk currently shown in the photos belongs to the leaving tenant and will be removed, so you will need to bring your own if you work from home.

Note on Tenancy Length:
The property is currently on the market for sale. However, we are contractually secure until the end of July 2026. After that date, it becomes a rolling contract where the landlord must give at least two months' notice if a buyer is found.

Current Status: There have been no potential buyers or viewings arranged, so it is safe to assume the tenancy will continue for at least a year.

You will be sharing with me (29M).
​I work as a professional in the City (hybrid schedule: a couple of days in the office, the rest from home).
​My interests include sports, pub trips, and reading.
​I generally prefer quiet nights during the week, but I am definitely happy to go out or do something social together from time to time.
Note that I cook only vegetarian so would prefer someone who does the same. I do order meat from takeaways, but only ask is that shared pots and pans are not used to cook meat.

​Tenancy & Bills
​Bills: Excluded. These usually come to approx. £200–£300 per month per person.
