I’m looking for an easy-going and mature flatmate to rent the second room in a spacious 2-bedroom flat in Limehouse.

The available room is a large furnished en-suite room, and both the bedroom and flat are generously sized. The flat also has a beautiful balcony, which is especially nice on sunny days.

The apartment is located in a building with 24/7 concierge and is just a 3-minute walk from Limehouse DLR and C2C station. It is very well connected - around 10-15 minutes to Bank and 10-15 minutes to Canary Wharf by DLR. The flat is at the water by Limehouse Basin, so the area feels calm, residential, and peaceful, while still being very close to the city.

A bit about me: I work as an analyst at an investment bank and tend to work long hours (mostly from the office), so during the week you would often have the flat mostly to yourself. On weekends, I usually catch up with friends or play sports and like exploring new places and restaurants in London.
