Hi, I'm Ryan!

I'm looking for someone to rent a bright, spacious double room with its own private bathroom in my third-floor three-bedroom flat. You'll only be sharing the flat with me, so it's a quiet, relaxed home rather than a busy house share.

The flat is in Limehouse (Zone 2), just an eight-minute walk from both Limehouse and Westferry DLR stations. From both, it's around five minutes to either Bank (for the Central, Northern, Circle and District lines) or Canary Wharf (for the Jubilee and Elizabeth lines). Canary Wharf is also just a 15-minute walk away, and central London is around 20 minutes door-to-door. The area itself is quiet and residential, with plenty of cafés, pubs, parks and riverside walks nearby.

The room is a generous double with lots of natural light and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, mirror and clothes rail. There's also a fold-away desk, giving you the option to work from either the bedroom or the living room, depending on what suits you. The room has its own private bathroom, which is exclusively yours.

The flat also has a large kitchen, a spacious living room and a west-facing balcony overlooking the private communal gardens - perfect for catching the evening sun.

The building is clean, secure and well maintained, with fob-entry access and a secure mailroom for parcels and deliveries.

Bills are all included in the rent, covering electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband, so there are no extra monthly costs to budget for.

I'm looking to rent the room as a Monday–Friday let, making it ideal for someone who works in the City or Canary Wharf and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay during the week.

A little about me: I'm 32 and work in TV. I'm sociable but also appreciate having my own space. I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and calm, and I'm looking for someone who'll enjoy and respect that kind of environment. I split my time between the office, filming on location and working from home. Outside of work, I enjoy cinema, theatre, writing and painting.
