28" Narrowboat in iconic Limehouse Basin

A unique living experience on water in Central London. Carousel is a 28" Narrowboat based on a permanent residential mooring in Limehouse Basin backing onto the Thames. I have lived on her here since March 2015, but now have to move off for 12 months due to work.

She has a open plan living room/bedroom and kitchen, separate shower room with toilet (holding tank - no messy cassettes), and outside deck with a fully covered canopy so you can sit out there in all weather. The seating area in the living room converts into a full width double bed, and there is plenty of storage including a full length wardrobe hanging space. The kitchen has a gas oven with two hobs, sink and work space - gas is supplied by 13kg Calor Propane (£30 usually lasts a couple of months).

She has mains electricity which powers a hot water tank on timer (pre-paid electricity cards available from the marina shop - £10-15 a month usually does it) and water is included in rent. Relish broadband is available if wanted for an extra £20 per month.

Limehouse Basin has 24hr security and is friendliest neighbourhood I've ever lived in! Laundry and extra toilet facilities are available in the marina building too.
