Lots of storage space both in the room and bathroom. Large mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, large floor to ceiling shelving, bedside cabinet, drawers storage in the bed base and I can provide a desk if required.

LIVING SPACE.

Large sitting room with 42 inch Smart TV with dining table and large comfortable sofa.

There balcony overlooking the canal chairs and table.

The entire flat is modernly furnished and in good condition.

There is a large entrance hall with storage for shoes.

TRANSPORT.
The 15, 115, 135 buses all on the doorstep and take you into the city 24 hours a day.
A Two Minute walk to the Limehouse Tube Station DLR Zone 2. Two Stops or 5 Minutes to Bank Underground Station and Three Stops or 6 minutes into Canary Wharf

THE AREA.

2 minutes walk to the Tesco supermarket open until 11pm seven days a week.
Large Gymnasium one minute walk away at Limehouse Marina at PureGym open 24/7, yes all nigjht!
Lidl supermarket is a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment has a view over the canal and is situated at the Limehouse Marina which is a two-minute walk using the canal underpass.
The Thames River is a three-minute walk away, where you can find many historical bars and restaurants, The Narrow Bar and Restaurant and The Grapes Bar.
A leisurely walk along Narrow Street will bring you into Canary Wharf malls in fifteen minutes.
The canal walk from the development takes you all the way to Hoxton Flower Market.
There is a large UGC cinema one-stop to Westferry DLR or 10-minute walk.

RENTAL TERMS.

One month's rent of £950 per calendar month to be paid to before check in to the room.

The Security Deposit for long term rental of £950 can be paid in instalments agreed at the beginning of the rental. This is the last months rent.

Bills are included, gas, electricity, council tax, water, fibreoptic internet, Netflix, Service Charge.

No agency fees.

If you wish to secure the apartment from abroad, it is possible to do so with a holding deposit paid via Paypal.

Limehouse nestles perfectly between the City financial district and Canary Wharf, it has emerged as a location of choice for people working in the City or Canary Wharf. Narrow Street which is a three-minute walk from Tequila Wharf has many of the characteristics of a village, offering a peaceful walk along the river o place to run. Limehouse Basin has bloomed into a picturesque marina surrounded by modern, purpose-built apartments. Narrow Street boasts famous gastro pubs such as The Grapes and Gordon Ramsay’s latest eatery The Narrow Bar along with many other restaurants and cafes in the area.

Two stops away on the DLR or four minutes from Tequila Wharf station are the bars and restaurants which pack St. Katherines Dock (Tower Hill Underground) Many great bars and restaurants which overlook Tower Bridge and the 11th Century Marina.
