Bright Double Room In Little Venice

Hi, I'm Steven! I'm looking for someone to join my contract for a 2 bedroom apartment in Little Venice.

I'm chilled, easygoing and like meeting new people. I am sociable and like enjoy going out to meet friend or sometimes having friends over. I work in robotics and go to the office most days. I enjoy cooking, music, football travelling, leanring, nature etc.

The flat is bright and cozy, with an nice size lounge and kicthen. We have a private south facing garden out back and get on fine with the neighboors. We play music sometimes and have friends over for dinner parties etc and never had any complaints. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, not OCD like however and like the place to feel lived in. The room on offer is a medium sized double room, with a big window, furnished and south facing.

The area is the best, we have some great pubs and nice restaurants/cafes/shops around, 24/7 Tesco etc. It's not too busy but close to everything. The canals, just a few minutes walk away, are really beautiful and are lovely to walk around or relax. The area is very green and pleasant, its like an awesome little village in cental London, a welcome restreat from the city hussle and bustle. Areas is right between Hyde and Regents park also.

Transport links are amazing, Warwick Avenue tube 2 mins walk away and paddington 1 stop or 10 mins walk. Getting into central is 10mins on the Bakerloo line and the Lizzy line from Paddington makes getting across the city fast and easy. I often hang out in east and getting back and forth is fine.

I'm looking for someone who preferably works in office most days, social and easy going, but also fine doing thier own thing too. Friends are welcome over anytime, I'd like you to feel at home. Feel free to add your own touch to the decor if you'd like, bringing some more cool plants/pictures or even indoor cat would be welcome :)
