Little Venice 3-4 nights pw from 29 Sept

Large single room with double bed. Room is next to bathroom that you have sole use of when in the house. Across the lobby from the bedroom, there's a study with desk space available in the evening.
The bedroom, bathroom and study are on the top floor. Shared living room, dining room + kitchen on the 1/F.

Superfast internet: wifi + ethernet cable connections.

Bills + council tax included.

Warwick Avenue tube (Zone 2) + buses 6, 46, 187 + shops, cafes, restaurants within 3-4 mins walk. Paddington station (Zone 1) 15 mins.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay in a peaceful place. We are happy to chat and share a meal sometimes but are aware that a lot of people need time to unwind by themselves after work. We are former university teachers now semi-retired.

We would prefer to share with people who are 36+ years old.
