Large single room with double bed. Room is next to bathroom that you have sole use of when in the house. Across the lobby from the bedroom, there's a study with desk space available most evenings.
The bedroom, bathroom and study are on the top floor. Shared living room, dining room + kitchen on the 1/F.

1Gb fibre internet connections: wifi + ethernet socket in room.

Bills + council tax included.

Warwick Avenue tube (Zone 2) + buses 6, 46, 187 + shops, cafes, restaurants within 3-4 mins walk. Paddington station (Zone 1) 15 mins walk.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay in a peaceful place. We are happy to chat and share a meal sometimes but are aware that a lot of people need time to unwind by themselves after work. We are former university teachers now semi-retired.

We would prefer to share with people who are 37+ years old.
