The building: residents’ gym and shared common spaces, downstairs lounges, and upstairs rooftop study lounges with breathtaking views of the entire City of London. Starbucks on the ground floor, Cinema Rooms, Karaoke Rooms, TULU vending machine, and multiple meeting rooms for studying and conducting interviews if necessary. Great student community. Excellent view.

Location: a few minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street (Central and Elizabeth lines) and Aldgate East, with Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane on the doorstep. About 20 minutes to LSE, and easy access to most central London campuses.

How it works: this is a tenancy takeover, not a sublet. You sign your own contract directly with Chapter for the rest of the term, until 27 August 2027, subject to their standard checks and approval.

Who can take it: you need to be a registered student at a UK university or college, and not already living in or booked with Chapter this academic year.
