Hi! I’m subletting my room in a flat in Zone 1, just a 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street, Spitalfields and Aldgate.
Available from 10th January to 31st August 2027, with some flexibility on the move-in date. Looking for someone who can commit to the whole sublet.
You’ll be sharing the flat with two of my friends, one girl (26) and one guy (23). Ideally looking for someone aged 24 or over who’s clean, respectful and easy to live with.
The flat has two living areas, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, two bathrooms. Bills are not included in the rent.
There may also be the possibility of taking over the lease from 1st of September 2027 although this is not guaranteed.
