I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely flat just a few minutes from London Bridge Station and The Shard.

Move in date can be discussed - anywhere between end of Sept and end of Oct.

The room is a spacious double with plenty of space for a desk if you work from home. I currently have a desk in the room and would be happy to leave it behind if useful. One of my favourite things about the room is how private it feels. The bedroom backs onto a private area with no neighbours looking in, and the kitchen/living side is also very private.

The location is hard to beat:

3-minute walk to London Bridge Station and The Shard
2-minute walk to Sainsbury's
A wonderful organic café and grocery shop in the same building (literally 30 seconds downstairs!)
Lovely park nearby
Amazing restaurants, cafés, bars and gyms all within walking distance, including Bermondsey St.
Very safe area, even late in the evening

You'll be sharing with one other housemate, a friendly 30-year-old architect. She enjoys good food, matcha, Pilates and is genuinely lovely to live with. The flat is always kept clean and tidy, and there's a relaxed, respectful atmosphere at home. We also have great neighbours who look out for each other, which adds to the sense of community and safety in the building.

This would suit a professional looking for a peaceful, friendly home in one of London's best-connected locations.
