Bright & Cosy 1-Bed Apartment in Central London

Hey everyone!
We’re a couple heading away on holiday for the whole of December, and rather than leaving our lovely home empty during Christmas, we’d love to find someone who can enjoy it and look after it while we’re away.
We’re offering our bright, cosy and fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of London, just a short walk from Tower Bridge, London Bridge and Borough Market.
It’s a home we’ve put a lot of love into, with plenty of natural light, warm wooden flooring, a comfortable living room with small balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and quite a few plants that have become part of the family!
The location is honestly one of the best parts!

• Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and lovely places to explore

A few things we’re looking for:
We’re hoping to find someone responsible, tidy and considerate who will treat it like their own.
We have quite a few plants, so keeping them alive while we’re away would earn you some serious brownie points, haha!
As we’re only travelling for a month, we’ll be leaving most of our belongings in the apartment. There will be limited wardrobe and storage space available, but enough for someone travelling with approximately a month’s worth of essentials.
We’ll hand over the apartment cleaned, tidy and ready for you to move in, and we’d appreciate it being returned in the same clean and well-maintained condition.
We’re also looking for someone who has the legal right to rent in the UK.

Rent: £2000 all inclusive for a month
