(Short-term) Ensuite double room LCY Airport

I hope that you have a great day today! Can you kindly read the description before approaching to me? This room is only available from now until 31st of July.

I have an en-suite double room with a shower only available for one female preferred in my 2 bedroom flat, and I would like to create female friendly environment that all residents are female. The room has included a very comfortable double bed with plenty of space under the bed. This room includes all bills such as business broad band ( never have any issue in an online meeting), electricity, virgin pure drinking water, security system, council tax and water. There is also a walk-in wardrobe, a shower and sink. Dining area can only be used for eating meals which shouldnot be blockedby personal usage, and sofa area is always prohibited. Since I just bought this flat in Jan 2023, all furniture is still quite new.

On the other hand, this flat is very close to London city airport within 5 minute walking distance. The DLR will take you to canning town for 7 minutes and canary wharf for 15 minutes ( transfer to jubilee line at canning town). This flat is easy to commute to university of East London, UCL, KCL and Queen Mary university of London. There are also 2 bus routes 474 and 473 in the head of street within 5 minute walking.

I am looking for a quiet, tidy and mature female full-time professional or graduate student who can sign a lodger agreement every 6 months or 1 year.
