A single room with fantastic location

I have a room to let. Location is fantastic - within 10min walk to Aldgate East, Tower Hill, Shadwell tube stations, which gives direct access to central london, CanaryWharf, kingsCross, paddingtonStation, cityAirport, etc..
I use the other ensuite room only 2 days a wk and normally not in London during weekends.
The spare room has exclusive use of the main bathroom.
There is a fully functioning kitchen with amenities. The living room is at the moment unfurnished with a desk. I am furnishing the living area- during the period a slight discount on rent is offered and bills are included.
There is also a parking space down at the garage, with separate charge (pls ask).
