Looking for young, female working professionals.
- Hybrid workers okay - max 2 wfh days a week.
- separate living room and separate kitchen
- 2 floors with bedrooms on second floor
- Looking for someone Sociable but who respects own space and is tidy. CLEANLINESS important
- Not a party house but okay to have a friend over once in a while of course.

Other flatmates:
- Would be living with me, 25 year old female Canadian working in fintech and another flatmate is 28 year old Korean working in marketing.
- We like to have a chat and hang out in the living and would love someone who is open to being our friend and not just a roommate.

✨Extra✨
- Will be an additional £20ish a month for cleaning lady to come in and clean common areas, ie kitchen, bathroom, living room.
- No fixed tenancy with rolling monthly contract but preference for someone who will stay longer term (at least 6 months)

- Sorry no smoking or couples allowed.
- If you have a cat or pet that is litter trained, can be accepted. We were considering fostering a cat.
