Double Room for Rent in East London (E1)

We’re three guys looking for a fourth person to join our friendly houseshare here in Bethnal Green from 1st December 2026. An earlier move in might be possible too. We’ve already been here for three years and are looking for someone new to move in and share the space with us.

The room itself is on the top floor, has 2 windows on opposite walls that give a lot of light through the day and good to keep cool in the summer. The room has plenty of space to fit a desk along with the furniture included. You would be sharing a bathroom with just one other, which has both shower and bath.

The house is spacious with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living room, and a large garden.

Current housemates are all working professionals who met via Spareroom. We enjoy a good mix of socialising and would like someone who's happy to join in, while also making sure to respect each other’s space and privacy.

Location:

- 7 minute walk to Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, and Stepney Green tube stations, with access to the District, Hammersmith & City, Elizabeth, and Central lines.
- 7 minute walk to Bethnal Green and Whitechapel overground stations, with access to the Windrush and Weaver lines.
- Short walk away from Victoria Park and Shoreditch High Street.
- Walking distance to several gyms, a large Sainsburys (and soon an Aldi) as well as a wide range of local shops, bars, and a cinema.

-Rent: £1075/month, all bills included (including council tax and internet) + £1125 deposit
-Available: 1st December
-Ideally looking for a working professional that is LGBTQ+ friendly (preferably aged 27-36)
