i’m looking for a girl to take over one bedroom in a lovely two-bedroom flat in whitechapel.

tenancy start date is june 1st

* located in an apartment complex built in late 90s
* small communal garden with a bbq area
* parcel room for deliveries
* second floor (no lift)
* 1 bathroom
* kitchen and spacious living room
* 2 large balconies: one off the living room, and one shared between the available bedroom and my room

rent & bills
* rent is currently £950 pcm, and will be increasing to £1,100 pcm from august 1st
* bills (wifi, electricity, council tax) usually average around £150–£200 pcm, though this varies through the year and is lower in summer

* 1 minute walk to a huge sainsbury’s
* 1 minute walk to whitechapel station
(elizabeth, district, circle, hammersmith & city, and windrush lines)
* 15–20 minute walk to brick lane / spitalfields market
* 20–25 minute walk to columbia road

about you
* girl, ideally aged 23–30
* working professionals only, no students please
* someone who enjoys having a calm environment and is respectful of shared space, and is happy to share in keeping the flat clean, cosy and pleasant (not just a house, but a home) - this is a really important aspect for me, therefore the flat would be best suited to someone who is also looking for a peaceful, home-y space to come back to

i’m 24, Russian, work in life sciences consulting and am in the office 1-3 days per week. in my spare time, i enjoy cooking/baking, reading, going for long walks/bike rides and spending time with my loved ones (very standard, i know lol)
