Room for rent in E1, Beautiful Flat - All bills

Hi, I have a room available in my flat which is in E1 just off commercial road. The current Roomate she has to move back to her home city unfortunately - however we’ve been In this building since 2023

Also I have a video of the flat from not so long ago as right now the flat is a tip and I don’t want to take new pics of everything also - so I’ve submitted the video it’s just being reviewed right now - so if you just message me I can send over a video of the apartment on WhatsApp or iMessage - however if you want pics just lmk and I’ll send those across too

The room available is a quite large room next to the bathroom (not en-suite) the apartment is in the basement of the building - however has 24 hour ventilation and honestly living in here during this summer has been amazing as I haven’t felt the heat and in the winter it doesn’t get cold either - it’s always 16 degrees (what I’ve set it too)

Rent will include all of your bills. - of course if you be silly with it like just start mining bitcoin or just really abuse it rent will just go up or I’ll ask you to leave with a months notice

All of the amenities feel free to use too, tv sound bar etc - or if you just want to stay in your room and chill out and blast music in there thats also fine as the apartment is pretty sound proof

Move in date is 19th July

For preference on Roomate - I’m not to fussed (just no pork to be cooked please in the apartment)
