This may vary slightly depending on usage.

The flat does not have a separate living room.

The flat is female-only.

There are currently two other female students renting the remaining bedrooms, although both are due to move out at the end of September.

Ideally, I’m looking for a long-term tenant who will treat the flat as their home.

* Parking permit eligibility for the flat

It’s a really convenient location for anyone working or studying around Whitechapel, the City, Royal London Hospital or Queen Mary.
