Spacious double room in Leyton E10

Hey, I'm Steph, a live in landlady with a spacious double room available in a newly refurbished two-bed Victorian converted flat in Leyton - E10.

The room is brightly lit with lots of natural light and, as the flat is split over two floors, you'll have the 1st floor to yourself. I'll be occupying the en-suite bedroom on the 2nd floor. The double room is unfurnished.

The first floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer, and a table for dining or working. There's also a main bathroom with a shower/bathtub, a spacious living room with massive bay window, a small round table, TV, and a sofa.

A bit about me: I work in fashion production/ development and will be your only housemate. I work from home few days per week, but travel occasionally.

I'm looking for someone clean, tidy, friendly, and respectful who values their own space and privacy. While I'm not looking for a party house, I'm happy to share the occasional glass of wine or meal, and have a chat.

Located in a quiet residential street, the flat is a short distance from several stations, including Leyton Station (10 min by bus or 20 min walking), Walthamstow/Blackhorse Road Station (15 min by bus), and Lea Bridge Road Overground Station (10 min walking). You'll find bus routes 55, 56 (which get you to Dalston Junction in 20-25 min), 158, and 58 just a few minutes' walk from the house. Jubilee Park and Leyton/ Walthamstow Marshes are also nearby, providing good green spaces.

The rent is £1250 (bills included), with a deposit of £1200.
